Cutting Back on Posts – Tumblr Going strong!

30 Apr

Due to low viewership on this blog, plus my lack of free time, I am making this a monthly blog. I will update the future geeky event calendar when I find new items of interest. I may also make a Google Calendar – would this be of interest/better than a static list on WordPress?

Thank you to all that do read my blog, I hope it has helped you to find things to do at and around Washington, DC. Please continue to follow me on Tumblr, where I post geeky art, housewares and accessories for your browsing (and shopping) pleasure!

Hello out there?

22 Apr

To the readers of my blog:

I am curious how many of you get much out of my blog. I have created posts for the past two weeks but have been so busy with real life that I have been unable to post them before the weekend is over. I am contemplating if it is worth continuing these posts, or if I should stick to tumblr and maintain an event calendar, without the weekendly stuff.

I made this blog to find things for me to go out and do, and it did succeed – so much that now I’m almost too busy to continue it. If you as readers wish for me to continue, I will, but I am unsure how much of the recorded viewership is actually reading/using this content, as opposed to just clicking through. Please reply to this blog post and let me know if you’d like to continue seeing my Weekend Things to Do posts.

Thank you kindly.
